WARRANTIES Limited
Warranty
WARNING; ONLY PRODUCTS THAT HAVE THE I.S. INTERNATIONAL,
INC. (ISI) SEAL ARE COVERED BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THIS WARRANTY. CUSTOMERS ARE THEREFORE ADVISED NOT
TO REMOVE IT.
ISI warrants to the original customer purchasing products
directly from ISI that all such products sold will be
free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting
form, fit and function for a period of 1 (one) year from
the date of shipment of the product. Claims under this
warranty are limited to the customer who purchased the
product and only while such customer owns the product.
The Limited Warranty covers only defects arising under
normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures
resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems
with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product
instructions, acts of nature or improper installation
or repairs made by anyone other than ISI. Any claim with
respect to such products where the purchaser seeks a refund
of the purchase price must be made 90 days from the original
date of shipment by ISI. The purchaser can make claims
to receive replacement product for a period of one-year
from the original date of shipment by ISI. ALL DISPUTES
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET
FORTH HEREIN (CUSTOMER DISPUTES) SHALL BE GOVERNED BY
THE LAWS OF COUNTRY AND, IF APPLICABLE, THE STATE OR PROVINCE
WHERE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED FROM SHIPMENT BY ISI.
Limitations
OTHER THAN THE TERMS OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH
IMMEDIATELY ABOVE ISI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, AND ISI DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT IMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT WHERE SOME
COUNTRIES, OR THEIR PROVINCES OR STATES DO NOT LEGALLY
ALLOW SUCH LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
Disclaimer of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ISI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF ANY
CLAIM ON WARRANTY.
Terms of the Warranty (i)
ISI cartridges materially damaged or otherwise
found not working upon receipt of delivery will be replaced
with a cartridge of the same type. (ii)
In the event that cartridge replacement described in (i)
above is for some reason impractical or impossible,
payment will be refunded if received by ISI or, if not
yet received by ISI, the invoice for payment will
be modified. (iii) If there is evidence
that the customer's printer, fax, or copy machine is damaged
as the direct result of using a defective ISI cartridge,
ISI will reimburse to customer the full cost of repairing
said printer, fax, or copy machine, EXCEPT under the following
circumstances:
(a) |

The customer has had the necessary
repairs made to the damaged printer, fax, or copy
machine before contacting an ISI representative
to report the damage. |
(b) |
|
The customer failed to provide the following
documents:
I. A signed document from the printer,
fax, or copy machine manufacturer attesting to the
fact that the damage was caused as the direct result
of using the defective ISI cartridge.
II. A detailed invoice for the
repair of the said printer, fax, or copy machine
|
Exceptions to the Warranty
Any of the following cases are considered exceptions
to (i), (ii) and (iii) above, and will void the warranty:
A.

The ISI cartridge was handled or used
in a manner for which it was not designed, or it
was repaired or modified by the customer without
the prior consent of I. S. International. |
B. |
The ISI cartridge was clearly damaged by the customer
during or after delivery. |
C. |
The ISI cartridge was damaged by some natural
phenomenon or other causes deemed to be outside
the scope of human control or intervention.

D. |
The customer destroyed or disposed of the defective
ISI cartridge instead of returning it to ISI.
|
E. |
There was less than 20% residual toner or ink
in the defective ISI cartridge. |

For many years ISI has operated a highly successful customer
care and retention program, which forms the competitive
basis of our ability to secure good customers, and more
importantly, keep them as good customers. Our mission
is to maintain 100% reference ability among all of our
customers and never give any one of them even the slightest
reason to leave us and go to a competitor. In the event
of any problem associated with ISI products or the services
we provide, our # 1 policy is to encourage each customer
to contact us immediately by telephone or email.

September, 2003 ISI At The World Expo in
Las Vegas, USA
ISI exhibited at the World Expo 2003 in Las Vegas, USA Sept.
17th – 19th. World Expo, sponsored by Recharger Magazine,
is the imaging supplies industry's premier show. With over
5,000 industry participants from 110 countries and more than
230 exhibitors, World Expo 2003 was the industry's largest
trade show ever. The show has been held at the Riviera Hotel
Convention Center since its inception seven years ago. However,
due to strong growth in the industry and the increased popularity
of the show, World Expo 2004, in need of more space, will
move to the Sands Expo Center at the Venetian Hotel in Las
Vegas next September.
